We're seeking contributors from our membership like you (either online or in-person) for our AGM on Thursday July 7th.
We want to give the chance for members to find out about some kinds of media education which, for want of a better term, go beyond the obvious GCSE/A-Level specifications in Media and Film. We're doing this in order to both provide some inspiration, but also to give a platform to courses and modes of delivery for Media and Film that might be out there.
We're particularly interested in hearing from people teaching BTEC, CTEC, UAL or International Baccalaureate courses in Media and Film, as well as people teaching customised media and film courses in Primary, Secondary or Tertiary settings.
We'd just want contributors to speak for no more than 5-10 minutes about their teaching, perhaps showing some example of the kind of work their students do and why they chose to go with that course or mode of delivery.
If you're interested in being involved on 7th July (5.30pm-7pm) email steve.connolly@aru.ac.uk.
Thanks
Steve Connolly
